The employees were helpful, kind, polite, and hard-working! The smoothie was so yummy, and I appreciated that after the young man took my order, he started restocking cups and doing other work-related tasks instead of getting on his phone.

A smoothie and delicious looking acai bowl. Effortless parking and not busy at all. I had the small Super Green Smoothie. The smoothie had Spinach, Kale, Mango, Banana, Agave, and Almond Milk. Very good option and a great way to consume my vegetables and fruits because I was falling short on fiber for the day. With my busy lifestyle, meetings and just trying to spend less time in my kitchen SoBol was a total life saver for me. SoBol Cary was extremely clean on my visit. The staff here are professional, attentive and welcoming.

Sobal in Cary is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The decor is charming, creating a cozy vibe that’s perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. We ordered the acai smoothie bowls, and they were absolutely delicious! The bowls were beautifully presented, topped with fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of honey. Each spoonful was refreshing and packed with flavor, making for a perfect light meal or snack. The menu offers a delightful range of dishes beyond the smoothie bowls, showcasing the chef’s attention to detail with vibrant, well-balanced flavors. The staff was outstanding—our server was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that enhanced our experience. Sobal is definitely worth a visit. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu! Highly recommend!

Fresh, clean ingredients, and I love that they are happy to customize to my preferences. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I have family members with diabetes, and they were happy to accommodate no added sugar options. We got a coconut smoothie that was absolutely delicious and creamy without any dairy! A bit on the pricier side, but the quality is worth it. Free parking. I did not see a restroom available for customers.

I’ve been dying to try this place ever since I tried an açaí bowl for the first time at The Soccer Tournament a few weeks ago. SoBol did not disappoint! It exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere inside was clean, friendly, open and inviting. The staff member I interacted with went above and beyond in customer service- sweet, patient and explained all of the options and helped me get signed up with their app. I ordered the classic açaí bowl, which was absolutely amazing. It tasted even better than it looked (and it looked incredible).. The presentation of the food, atmosphere, customer service, etc. = 10/10. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks for a great first impression/experience!
